Position Overview:We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Editor to become a part of our creative team. If you have a strong sense of storytelling, solid command over editing tools, and the ability to shape raw footage into engaging content that fits our brand and meets client expectations, we’d love to collaborate with you
What You’ll Get To Do• Build a strong and diverse portfolio across hospitality and corporate industry
• Make creative decisions on editing style, pacing, sound design, and colour grading
• Participate in creative discussions to understand strategy and contribute in agency long term growth
• Independently handle projects once the creative brief is aligned
• Collaborate with the team to elevate every project through strong creative choices
• Stay updated with evolving tools, workflows, and industry trends to maintain high quality output
Your Core Responsibilities• Execute every stage of the editing process from raw footage to final delivery
• Immediately report to the Operations Manager when facing uncertainties or challenges
• Maintain structured checklists and tracking sheets to ensure error free final outputs
• Follow strict data organisation protocols, including project relinking and archive management along with seamless file management so team members can access and navigate projects efficiently
What You Bring• A sharp sense of humor and the confidence to take on creative challenges
• A structured and systematic approach to work
• Strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ElevenLabs and Adobe Firefly to enhance creative workflows.
• Clear understanding of professional video production terminology for effective collaboration
• Passion for exploring diverse cultures, genres, music styles, and filmmaking approaches
• Strong command over sequencing, pacing, and narrative structure
• Proficiency in sound mixing and mastering with a refined ear for clarity, balance, and impact
• Basic knowledge of VFX including shot clean up, skin retouching, sky replacement, and other enhancement techniques
• Strong knowledge of motion design with the ability to create engaging and dynamic graphic compositions
• Ability to confidently execute colour grading as per standard brief.
