What you’ll do:
• Edit high-quality reels, shorts, and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Craft strong hooks, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling formats
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and music for better retention
• Optimize videos for platform-specific performance and audience behavior
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple high-performing short videos
• Collaborate with content strategists and scriptwriters to execute content vision
What we’re looking for:
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar
• Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content formats
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience psychology
• Consistency in delivery and ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset
