Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune Division. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan, edit, and produce video content for websites, social media, campaigns, and other digital channels. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role also involves color grading, basic sound adjustment, and integrating motion graphics or text overlays to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. The Video Editor will manage media assets, follow project timelines, and contribute ideas for improving visual style and content performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital campaigns and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support clear and engaging storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for web and social media video.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback and iterative revisions.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
