We’re Hiring: Video Editor
At Ellement Co. & Ellement Co. Nail Academy, content is at the core of everything we do, from product storytelling to performance marketing and education.
We’re looking for a Video Editor who doesn’t just edit , but understands what makes content perform.
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for creating high-performing video content across:
- Instagram Reels
- Ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Educational content (courses, NailFlix)
This role is about speed, storytelling, and performance.
What You’ll Work On- Editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
- Creating ad creatives that convert
- Editing before/after, product demos, tutorials
- Working with UGC-style content
- Adding:
- Hooks
- Subtitles
- Transitions
- Sound design
- Motion elements
Who We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of video editing experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Short-form content (Instagram, TikTok style)
- Retention hooks & pacing
- Performance content (ads)
- Tools:
- Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (or similar)
Someone who:
- Understands what stops the scroll
- Can edit fast & iterate faster
- Has a strong sense of timing, music, and storytelling
Location: Mumbai (On-site) Salary: As per market standards
This Role Is NOT- Long-form cinematic editing only
- Slow, perfection-first editing
- Purely aesthetic without performance thinking
This is a content + performance role
