We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and be proficient in editing video content for various platforms. The Video Editor will work closely with our production team to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand’s message and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit Video Content: Assemble, edit, and fine-tune raw footage into polished videos that meet project requirements. This includes cutting and sequencing footage, applying effects, transitions, and color correction.
Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and contribute creative ideas to enhance the final product.
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video projects, ensuring they align with the company’s overall brand identity.
Audio Editing: Edit and sync audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure clear and engaging sound quality.
Graphics and Effects: Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and special effects to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
Quality Control: Review and make necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets quality standards before delivery.
File Management: Organize and manage media assets and project files to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for future projects.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in video editing to continually improve skills and output.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Familiarity with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
Creative Vision: Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all edits are polished and meet project specifications.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey creative ideas.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Education:
A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio are equally valued.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position at our Delhi Office
