Who You Are
- 1–2 years into editing (battle-tested by deadlines )
- A flow master – your edits just feel right
- You understand hooks, retention & pacing like second nature
- You binge reels… but also analyze them like a creator
- Storytelling > fancy transitions (but you can do both)
Your Toolkit
- Premiere Pro / After Effects (or your weapon of choice)
- Knows your way around trending reel formats (fast cuts, memes, text styles)
- AI tools like Runway, Pika, CapCut AI – or the curiosity to explore them
- Good sense of music, timing & “what hits”
What You’ll Do
- Craft scroll-stopping reels & ads people actually finish
- Build strong hooks that grab attention instantly
- Create edits with smooth, addictive flow & storytelling
- Jump on trends before they peak (not after 👀)
- Experiment with AI + creativity to make cooler, faster content
