Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role located in Thane. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video content aligned with DRIMS ALLY’s brand and creative strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include video editing, color grading, adding motion graphics, and collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging media content tailored for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit UGC-style video ads optimized for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Stories
- Execute creative briefs covering hooks, pacing, cuts, captions, transitions, and sound design
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including hook swaps and format resizes
- Collaborate with pod leads and media buyers to iterate on high-performing ad creatives
- Stay current with platform-native content trends and short-form video formats
- Use and experiment with AI-powered video tools as part of our evolving production workflow
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across multiple product lines
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a performance marketing, agency, or content studio environment
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and short-form content structure
- Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and meet fast turnaround timelines
- Experience with social media ad content or direct-response video formats is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI video production tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic After Effects usage
- Prior experience working on digital product or e-commerce brand campaigns
