We’re hiring: Video Editor – Movies & Entertainment (Kannada Film Industry)
We’re looking for a creative Video Editor to work on movie promotions and entertainment content, with a strong understanding of the Kannada film industry and its audience.
What you’ll do:
- Edit promotional content: teasers, trailers, song promos, reels, and digital ads
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Work closely with social media, design, and marketing teams
- Add basic motion graphics, subtitles (Kannada & English), and sound design
- Adapt edits for different formats and platform requirements
- Ensure quick turnaround during movie launches and campaign phases
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of video editing experience (Media & Entertainment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Kannada film industry and audience trends
- Must understand Kannada (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and music sync
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
