Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Video Editor based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor intern will assist in editing video content for museum exhibits, experiential zones, and corporate event projects, aligning visuals with creative concepts and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include organizing footage, assembling rough cuts, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and preparing video assets for review and final delivery. The intern will collaborate closely with the production, design, and motion graphics teams to refine visual storytelling and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. The role also involves basic color adjustments, exporting files in required formats, and maintaining project archives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in video production and video editing, including working with timelines and multi-camera footage.
- Ability to perform video color grading and basic color correction to maintain visual consistency.
- Experience or interest in motion graphics and graphics to enhance storytelling and on-screen visuals.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual aesthetics, and ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced production environment.
- Relevant coursework, training, or portfolio demonstrating video editing and visual storytelling; prior internship or project experience in media, design, or production is an advantage.
