Job Title: Video Editor
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into high-quality finished videos suitable for marketing, social media, product demonstrations, and corporate presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into engaging video content for digital platforms.
- Create promotional videos, product demos, installation guides, and testimonial videos.
- Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.
- Ensure brand consistency in color tone, style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage video assets and maintain organized file storage.
- Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and company website.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction.
- Understanding of video formats and social media requirements.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good time management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0â1 years of experience in video editing.
- Experience in corporate / product-based companies (preferably electronics, manufacturing, or home automation).
- Basic knowledge of lighting, camera handling, and audio setup is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Media, Animation, Film Production, or related field.
