Role Description
We’re looking for a fast, creative Video Editor to turn raw shoot footage of doctors into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos. You’ll work closely with our content and shoot teams to deliver polished videos on tight timelines across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts and YouTube videos for doctors and clinics
- Add captions/subtitles (English and Hinglish), motion graphics, B-roll, transitions, music and sound effects
- Follow each client’s brand style, colors and formats consistently
- Cut and structure videos for strong hooks, retention and clear messaging
- Make revisions based on feedback from the content team and clients
- Organize and manage project files, footage and final exports
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats and editing styles
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of video editing experience, ideally in short-form social media content
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Good understanding of what makes Reels and Shorts perform (hooks, pacing, captions)
- Ability to handle high volume without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail in audio, text, spelling and timing
- A portfolio of recent short-form work is mandatory
- Experience editing healthcare, educational or talking-head content is a plus
