We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team full-time in Surat. If you’re passionate about crafting engaging tech content and turning ideas into high-impact videos, this role is for you.
You’ll work with AI-generated scripts and assets, transforming them into polished, attention-grabbing content for YouTube and social media platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Edit AI-generated scripts into polished, publish-ready videos.
* Create engaging cuts, transitions, and visual storytelling to improve retention.
* Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music.
* Design strong hooks in the first 3–5 seconds of each video.
* Edit both long-form videos (60–90 sec) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
* Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity.
* Collaborate with the team and meet daily deadlines.
🛠 Technical Skills:
* Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics).
* Experience with tools like Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
* Good understanding of timing, pacing, and audience retention.
* Basic sense of design, typography, and composition.
🚀 Bonus / Modern Tools (Nice to Have):
* Experience with AI tools like Runway and VEED.io
* Familiarity with ChatGPT for understanding scripts and hooks.
* Working knowledge of Notion AI for content workflows.
* Experience with Gemini or similar tools for creative assets.
Awareness of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video trends.
