Title: Video Editor (AI Content & Growth) (Exp: 2 years)
We’re looking for a fast, creative video editor who understands the AI space and knows how to turn raw ideas into high-performing content.
This is not just editing.
This is about building attention, storytelling, and distribution at scale.
If you can take a rough clip and turn it into something that people actually stop scrolling for, we should talk.
What You’ll Be Doing- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) optimized for attention and retention
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing
- Add hooks, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling elements
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
- Work closely with the content team to maintain a consistent brand style
- Understand platform-specific editing styles for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to speed up editing, captions, cuts, and workflows
What We’re Looking For- Strong experience in video editing for social media content
- Clear understanding of what works in the AI / tech content niche
- Ability to create high-retention, fast-paced edits
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and hooks
- Someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and iterates quickly
- A portfolio of videos you’ve edited (short + long-form)
Bonus Skills- Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of content strategy and audience psychology
- Experience using AI tools for editing, voice, or automation
- Basic motion graphics and thumbnail sense
