We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging visual stories for students and parents.
Role Overview
The Video Editor will transform raw footage into engaging videos for courses, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. The role involves editing, adding graphics, music, and motion elements to create compelling final videos aligned with the brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for courses, reels, ads, and YouTube
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and ads
- Produce long-form course videos with clean educational flow
- Add transitions, subtitles, graphics, and motion elements
Content Optimization
- Adapt videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website)
- Ensure videos follow brand style and storytelling
- Improve pacing, color, lighting, and sound quality
Creative Contribution
- Suggest better storytelling, cuts, and visual ideas
- Work closely with the content team to improve scripts visually
- Experiment with AI tools and modern editing styles
Production Support
- Organize raw footage and maintain file structure
- Export videos in correct formats for different platforms
- Collaborate with videographers and content creators
Skills Required
Editing Software
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects (basic motion graphics)
Technical Skills
- Color correction and sound balancing
- Subtitle and caption editing
- Motion graphics and transitions
- Understanding of YouTube and social media formats
Creative Skills
- Strong storytelling sense
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work fast with multiple content formats
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI video tools
- Experience editing educational content
- Thumbnail design knowledge

Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on skill and experience)
