Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Video Editor who can craft compelling visual stories that bring our real estate projects and brand vision to life. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, technical expertise, and the ability to create engaging video content tailored for multiple digital platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s video communication strategy, producing high-quality content ranging from property walkthroughs and promotional films to social media reels and ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos including property walkthroughs, promotional films, testimonials, and digital ads
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute video campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
- Handle end-to-end video production processes including editing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and final output
- Create platform-specific video formats optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid advertising campaigns
- Work with raw footage, including drone shots and on-site recordings, to create visually compelling narratives
- Maintain a structured video asset library for easy access and reuse
- Stay updated with industry trends to produce modern, engaging, and high-performing video content
- Ensure quick turnaround times without compromising on quality
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 6-7 Years of experience
- Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Hands-on experience with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in editing real estate videos, including walkthroughs and drone footage
- Motion graphics and animation expertise
- Basic scripting, storyboarding, or conceptualization skills
- Familiarity with camera equipment and on-ground shooting processes
- Understanding of social media algorithms and video performance metrics
