Role Description The Video Editor role at Bytescare is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and trimming footage, applying transitions, sound, and effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements that align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to translate briefs into engaging visual stories, maintaining organized project files, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, consistency, and deadline requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create compelling visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines effectively are important.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
- A relevant degree or certification in film, media, design, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing prior video work, is advantageous.
