We're Hiring - VIDEO EDITOR
📍 Remote (Goa-based candidates only) | 🕘 Full-time | 📅 Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM
About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports digital marketing campaigns and client projects,from punchy short-form reels to polished long-form brand videos. If you love storytelling through visuals and are excited about the future of AI-powered video creation, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form (1–20 min), mid-length (30–60 sec), and short-form (15–30 sec) videos for digital marketing campaigns
- Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, and ad creatives for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web
- Enhance storytelling through motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects
- Produce captioned versions and platform-specific exports for all major social platforms
- Collaborate with Marketing and Performance teams to execute creative briefs
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Organise raw footage, manage version control, and ensure timely delivery of assets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar NLE software
- Knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics)
- Understanding of marketing-focused video content and platform-specific formats
- Basic skills in audio editing and color grading
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience with CapCut or AI-based video tools is a strong plus
