📍 Work From Office | 1–2 Years Experience | Full-Time

We're not looking for someone who just cuts clips. We want someone who thinks about the hook, feels the pacing, and obsesses over why one version outperforms another.
🎬 What You'll Do:
★ Edit high-volume ad videos with speed and creative precision
★ Build content variations optimised for Instagram, YouTube & Meta Ads
★ Craft hooks and CTAs that actually make people stop and watch
★ Iterate fast based on what the data tells you
★ Own end-to-end production — from raw footage to final delivery
🛠 Tools You'll Use:
★ Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop & Illustrator
★ Bonus points for Final Cut Pro
★ Trend awareness: animation, AR/VR & immersive formats
🙋 Who We're Looking For:
★ 1–2 years of editing experience — agency or freelance background is a plus
★ Strong short-form storytelling instincts built for social media
★ Someone who can handle high output without sacrificing quality
★ A portfolio that speaks louder than your resume
