Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for marketing campaigns, educational content, and brand communication across digital platforms. Day-to-day work includes selecting and arranging footage, trimming and refining clips, adding transitions, sound, and basic visual effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and messaging. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, content, and advisory teams to translate complex financial concepts into engaging visual stories. The Video Editor will also manage project files, maintain an organized media library, and support the continuous improvement of the firm’s video production quality and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone and brand look across all content.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, lower thirds, and on-screen visuals that enhance viewer understanding.
- Ability to interpret scripts or storyboards and translate them into cohesive, engaging video narratives.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and advisory teams.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating video editing work is essential.
