Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Video Editor based in Hyderabad. We’re looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes content. At Blend9 Studio, editing isn’t just about cutting clips together - it’s about telling stories, shaping ideas, and creating content that actually makes people stop scrolling. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute what’s given, but thinks, experiments, and pushes creative boundaries. Someone who’s constantly observing trends, formats, pacing, and storytelling styles across platforms and is excited to bring those ideas to life.
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production
- Strong skills in Video Color Grading
- Expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics design
- Working knowledge of industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong creative vision and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling visual narratives
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of timing and pacing
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or a strong portfolio of video projects are advantageous
- Able to work on AI prompts for videos too
- Keeps up with social media trends, formats, and evolving content styles
Bonus if you:
- Understand what makes content viral or engaging
- Have experience with After Effects / motion graphics
- Love observing how brands communicate through video
