ROLE SUMMARY
Edits brand films, social content, event recaps and documentary material across B&B's client and IP portfolio, keeping a consistent, cinematic, dark-editorial visual language.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit long-form content (brand films, documentaries) and short-form content (reels, TikTok, event recaps)
- Handle color grading and sound design to a consistent, polished standard
- Work from shot lists, scripts and creative briefs provided by the team
- Manage and organize footage libraries and archives
- Collaborate closely with directors, photographers and the creative team through the edit process
- Deliver fast-turnaround social edits alongside longer campaign and documentary work
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency across different client accounts
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of editing experience, at an agency, production house, or as a freelancer
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm and storytelling
- Experience editing both social-first content and long-form/documentary work
- A portfolio/reel is required
- Based in Bangalore
