Biswa Bangla Hub is hiring a skilled Video Content Creator/Editor for its Jadavpur office, Kolkata. This is a full-time work-from-office role; work from home is not available. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing, content creation, and digital media production. A college degree is not mandatory; practical experience and a strong portfolio matter most.
The candidate will be responsible for editing Bengali and English digital video content, including podcasts, reels, YouTube videos, faceless videos, promotional content, and platform-specific social media videos.
Key responsibilities include cutting, trimming, sequencing footage, syncing voiceovers, adding music, sound effects, subtitles, text overlays, graphics, stock visuals, and AI-generated assets where required.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software is preferred. Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, video formats, and social media optimization will be valuable.
Candidates with prior experience in podcast editing will receive special preference.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
