Role Description
1. End-to-End Video Creation
* Edit and produce videos across formats:
product videos, ad creatives, reels, YouTube videos, and brand films
* Work with raw footage, stock assets, and existing brand content
2. AI Video Creation & Enhancement
* Create videos using AI tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, avatar-based videos, etc.)
* Use AI for:
* Concept visualization and rapid prototyping
* Generating backgrounds, scenes, and visual elements
* Voiceovers, lip-sync, and automated captions
* Blend AI-generated content seamlessly with real footage
3. Platform-Specific Content Creation
* Create performance-driven videos for Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, and website
* Optimize hooks, pacing, and structure based on platform behavior
4. Brand Storytelling
* Translate brand tone and positioning into compelling visual narratives
* Maintain consistency in color grading, transitions, typography, and style
5. Motion Graphics & Enhancements
* Add text overlays, animations, transitions, and effects
* Enhance videos with sound design and music
6. Creative Collaboration
* Work with marketing and performance teams on concepts, scripts, and hooks
* Contribute to content ideation, not just execution
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in video editing and content creation
* Strong command over tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
* Hands-on experience with AI video tools
* Understanding of short-form content trends (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style editing)
* Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance marketing goals
* Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual composition
