Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at ArmorIQ. The Video Editor will plan, produce, and edit video content that clearly communicates ArmorIQ’s product value, security concepts, and brand story across marketing, product, and educational channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and refining clips, adding transitions, titles, and graphics, and performing basic to advanced color grading to ensure a consistent visual style. The role also involves creating motion graphics and visual assets to explain technical ideas, collaborating with marketing and product teams on storyboards and scripts, and optimizing video formats for web, social media, and presentations. The Video Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized file management and version control in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing, explainer, and product demo content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and explain complex technical concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate technical topics into engaging visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management in a remote work setting.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of video work, including motion graphics and color grading; experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in film, media production, design, or a related field.
