Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and edit high-quality video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and promotional campaigns, including short-form formats such as Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all video assets by aligning visuals, tone, fonts, and creative direction with brand guidelines.
- Leverage AI-powered editing tools to enhance productivity through automated captions, subtitles, scene detection, auto-cutting, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to execute creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver engaging content within timelines.
- Manage video assets efficiently, maintaining an organized library of raw footage, creative files, and final exports for easy access and reuse.
KPIs: Turnaround time, revision rounds, content output per week, AI tool adoption, quality consistency
Budget & Other Info: Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum
