NOW CASTING - VIDEO EDITOR
2–5 Years Experience • Full-Time
We're looking for an editor who doesn't just execute briefs, they feel them. Someone who looks at raw footage and already sees the final cut.
We need someone who knows the difference between a cut that's technically correct and one that actually lands. We want YOU to come to the table with a point of view, and you're sharp enough to know when to let go of it.
Your Arsenal:
You're fluent in DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite. You have a working knowledge of motion graphics and graphic design, enough to elevate a cut without needing to hand it off.
You're comfortable using AI tools to speed up your workflow, whether that's rotoscoping, generative fill, upscaling, or AI-assisted sound design. You have a strong sense of visual style and you know what looks good and, more importantly, why.
What You'll Be Cutting:
• Short-form reels that stop the scroll before the second's up
• Ads that are both beautiful and effective
• Podcasts and interviews shaped into tight, watchable content
• Brand films that feel intentional from the first frame to the last
