Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor at AOS Brand Consultant in Pune. A Video Editor is responsible for assembling raw footage into a polished final product by cutting, arranging clips, adding effects, sound and graphics to create engaging visual content that aligns with the project’s goals and storytelling vision.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
Edit high-quality social media reels, brand videos and marketing content aligned with brand guidelines.
Organize and manage raw footage with clear file naming and structured project folders.
Maintain clean, efficient timelines following internal workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, iterations, and revisions.
Ensure timely delivery of all video assets without compromising quality.
Quality and consistency of edits (as per brand standards) and on-time delivery rate of assigned projects.
Engagement performance of published content (views, watch time, retention) and adherence to workflow and project organization standards.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
A strong creative instinct, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of editing and design principles, typography and colour theory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing ideas and receiving constructive feedback.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
A portfolio demonstrating your editing skills, including academic or personal projects.
Hands on experience of 1-3 years.
