We are seeking a creative candidate who excels as both a Cinematographer and Video Editor. In this, you will be the visual storyteller of our brand. You will handle everything from pre-production (storyboarding) and high-end field shooting (industrial products and outdoor shoots) to high-quality post-production (editing long-form proposals and viral short-form reels).

โProduct & Site Documentation: Capture high-end industrial product photography and outdoor site images. Conduct professional indoor product shoots.
โGear Operation: Expertly operate high-end cameras, gimbals, hand-held lights, and audio equipment to capture cinematic footage.
โLighting Mastery: Utilize advanced indoor and outdoor lighting techniques to ensure premium visual quality in diverse environments.
โPre-Production: Conceptualize and create mood boards and storyboards to plan and align shoots before execution.
โEvent Coverage: Document company events, exhibitions, and internal programs, ensuring complete and professional visual archiving.
โOn-Site Travel: Travel to various project sites and outdoor locations to capture authentic, high-
impact visuals.

โContent Creation: Edit and deliver professional, high-quality long-form video proposals.
โProvide engaging short-form social media content (Reels, Shorts).
Software Proficiency: Seamlessly execute color grading, audio syncing, transitions, and motion graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite.
โPhoto Editing: Process and retouch product and site photos using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom with extreme attention to detail.
โTrend & AI Integration: Stay ahead of daily social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging AI video editing tools to keep our content innovative and competitive.

โCross-Team Alignment: Collaborate closely within the marketing to ensure all visual assets align with brand aesthetics.
โFeedback Loops: Actively participating in creative brainstorming, Incorporate constructive
feedback into revisions and Maintain strong communication.
โFlexibility to travel to on-site locations for shoots. Education & Experience.
โDegree: Bachelorโs degree in Film, Media, Design, Photography, or a related field (Equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued).
โExperience: Proven, hands-on experience in professional photography, videography, and video editing (Portfolio/Showreel required). Candidates with B2B work experience will have an added
advantage.

โVideo Editing: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus).
โGraphic & Photo Editing: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
โEquipment: Demonstrated experience handling professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, stabilizers/gimbals, and studio/portable lighting setups.
