Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Video Editor who can operate at the intersection of precision and creativity.
This role involves delivering structured, deadline-driven edits for government projects while also crafting compelling narratives for high-impact digital and film content.
The ideal candidate brings both technical rigor and storytelling instinct, with the ability to adapt across formats and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
*Edit and deliver high-quality video content across government and branded projects
*Manage multiple timelines and ensure consistent on-time delivery
*Execute both short-form content (reels, social media) and long-form content (films, explainers, documentaries)
*Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and translate them into engaging visual narratives
*Conduct basic research to ensure factual accuracy and strengthen storytelling
*Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and visual quality across project
Requirements
*4-5 years of professional video editing experience
*Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro/Cap Cut
*Basic understanding of sound design and colour grading
*Strong command over pacing, transitions, and narrative structure
*Working knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects
*Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
*High attention to detail and strong research capability
Good to Have
*Experience working on government or public sector campaigns
*Basic understanding of sound design and color grading workflows
