🎬 We're Hiring: Video Editor
At Adgraam, we're building the future of AI-powered advertising, and we're looking for a Video Editor who knows how to create videos that don't just look great—but drive results.
If you instinctively notice transitions, pacing, hooks, and storytelling in every reel you watch, and enjoy experimenting with new editing styles and AI tools, we'd love to meet you.
You'll be a great fit if you:
✨ Have 1–3 years of video editing experience
✨ Are proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
✨ Understand short-form content, hooks, pacing, and audience retention
✨ Keep up with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trends
✨ Use or are excited to explore AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut AI, Kling, Freepik AI, or similar
What you'll be doing:
🎬 Editing reels, ads, UGC, and branded content
🎨 Adding captions, motion graphics, transitions, and effects
📈 Repurposing content across multiple platforms
💡 Collaborating with creative strategists and marketers to produce high-performing ad creatives
Bonus Points:
• Experience editing paid ad creatives or UGC content
• Basic After Effects or motion graphics knowledge
• Portfolio showcasing your best editing work
