We’re Hiring: Creative Reel Editor (Remote)
At Lilly Pod Content Studio, we’re looking for a highly creative Reel Editor who can transform simple ideas into engaging, high-retention content for personal brands.
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Edit scroll-stopping reels (B-roll focused)
• Add motion graphics, transitions & storytelling elements
• Enhance visuals with strong colour grading & aesthetics
• Research stock footage & creatively elevate concepts
🔹 Requirements:
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks & audience retention
• Eye for design, storytelling & visual flow
• Ability to think beyond basic editing
