Role Overview:We are hiring a Senior Video Editor with 3+ years of experience in advertising agencies, specializing in performance-driven video creatives. The role demands expertise in Adobe tools, a strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and ad psychology, and the ability to deliver high-converting video content at scale.
Key Responsibilities:🎥 1. Video Production (Shoot + Direction)
- Plan and execute professional video shoots (clients, products, testimonials, ads)
- Handle camera framing, lighting setups, and audio quality
- Direct talent for UGC-style and brand-focused content
- Ensure content is captured with ad-first approach
✂️ 2. Advanced Video Editing (Adobe Suite Only)
- Edit videos using:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary editing)
- Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics & animations)
- Adobe Audition (Audio enhancement)
- Deliver high-quality, polished outputs with:
- Smooth transitions
- Motion graphics
- Color grading (Adobe Lumetri)
- Sound design
- Maintain brand consistency across clients
📱 3. Reels / Shorts (Performance Content)
- Create high-retention short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit with fast pacing, captions, jump cuts, and trend formats
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short assets
🚀 4. Hook-Based Ad Creatives (Core Responsibility)
- Create scroll-stopping hooks within first 3 seconds
- Develop multiple variations of ad creatives for A/B testing
- Collaborate with Ads team for:
- CTR improvement
- Conversion optimization
- Understand consumer psychology & ad storytelling frameworks
