At ADRIG AI Technologies, we're building something exciting — a YouTube channel from the ground up. We're looking for a creative Video Editor who's passionate about growth, storytelling, and making content that people genuinely love to watch.
📍 Location: Chennai (On-site) 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🎯 Experience: Open to all levels
What You'll Be Doing:
- Edit and deliver high-quality YouTube videos consistently
- Craft compelling hooks, pacing, and cuts that keep viewers watching till the end
- Repurpose long-form content into Reels and Shorts to maximise reach
- Experiment with styles and formats to find what resonates with our audience
- Work closely with the team to build and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm
What We're Looking For:
- A portfolio that shows you can make engaging, watchable content
- Strong understanding of YouTube retention — hooks, pacing, and audience behaviour
- Creative thinker who's excited about growing a channel from scratch
- Self-motivated, reliable, and open to feedback
- Tool of your choice — we judge by output, not software
