Role Description The Video Editor will work on-site in Bangaon in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw video footage into compelling, polished content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns. The role involves applying video color grading, basic sound alignment, and visual enhancements to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will also create and integrate motion graphics and simple graphic elements to support storytelling and clarify messaging. Additional tasks may include organizing media assets, maintaining consistent file management, and providing creative input on video concepts and content strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience working from concept to final delivery.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and professional-quality footage.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to enhance video storytelling and branding.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual composition, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Bangaon.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback constructively.
- Relevant training or education in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in digital marketing or business-focused content is a plus.
