Hiring: Video Editor (Remote | Monthly Retainer)
We are looking for a video editor to join us for long-term content projects focused on high-quality, informative YouTube videos.
Role Overview:
- Edit long-form videos (maximum up to 18 minutes)
- Work on engaging, retention-focused content (ThinkSchool-style)
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Must have a laptop/desktop capable of handling video editing smoothly
- Add sound effects, basic motion graphics, and clean transitions
- Ensure smooth storytelling and pacing
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of editing experience
- Good understanding of YouTube content style
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design
- Ability to follow structured instructions and meet deadlines
Work Details:
- Remote role
- 3 videos per month
- Long-term opportunity based on performance
Compensation:
- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skill and output)
