We are expanding our creative team and are looking for Video Designers who are passionate about crafting scroll-stopping visuals and engaging video ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a good understanding of motion graphics, and the ability to translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging video advertisements and static creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, performance marketers, and brand managers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency while bringing innovative design ideas to the table.
- Stay updated with design trends, advertising best practices, and social media content formats.
- Work on multiple D2C brand campaigns with a focus on performance and conversion-oriented design.
Requirements
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects (Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus).
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, ad design principles, and motion graphics.
- Ability to convert creative briefs into eye-catching visuals and videos.
- Prior experience in D2C, digital marketing, or advertising projects is preferred.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
