About Aayush Adventurer

Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong narrative structure
- Produce high-quality short-form content (Reels/Shorts) on a daily basis
- Perform basic color correction, audio balancing, and sound design
- Incorporate music, pacing, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement
- Organize and manage raw footage efficiently
- Collaborate on content flow, hooks, and storytelling improvements
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form video content
- Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Ability to meet consistent deadlines and output targets
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing
- Prior experience with social media content editing preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in wildlife, nature, or documentary-style content
- Ability to take creative initiative and suggest improvements
- Experience working with fast-paced content pipelines
