Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing project files, and editing video content for brand films, commercials, social media, and digital campaigns. Daily tasks include applying transitions and effects, refining audio, color correcting and grading, and ensuring all edits align with brand guidelines and creative direction. The role involves collaborating closely with directors, producers, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives. The Video Editor will also optimize edits for different platforms, maintain a consistent quality standard across projects, and meet production timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to work with motion graphics and basic visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and audio clean-up for digital video content.
- Experience editing for social media, brand films, and commercial content with platform-specific formats.
- Strong storytelling sense, pacing, and visual composition skills for engaging narratives.
- Attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, and refine edits based on review.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Prior experience in a creative agency, production house, or similar environment is preferred.
- Relevant education in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
