Responsibilities
- Edit organic and brand short-form videos (reels) for Finance With Sharan.
- Ensure all edits meet a high-quality, premium, and engaging standard.
- Produce 1 high-effort reel per day, focused on storytelling, retention, and polish.
- Edit skit-based content with strong control over timing, pacing, and sound design.
- Use sound effects, music, and beats intentionally to enhance clarity and impact.
- Create basic finance-related animations and visual explanations for short-form content.
- Maintain consistency with brand style, quality benchmarks, and turnaround timelines.
- Collaborate with the content team to improve performance and retention.
Requirements
- Strong experience in short-form video editing, especially reels.
- Proven understanding of sound design and skit-based storytelling.
- Basic understanding of finance concepts and the ability to visualize them.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and manage editors.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of output.
