Hiring: Video Editor + YouTube Growth Specialist
Full-time | Remote | Urban Policy & City Design Content
We're looking for a skilled editor who can own the full workflow — from editing to strategy to consistent channel growth.
What You’ll Do- Edit 4 long-form videos each month (20–30 mins)
- Create 20–25 short videos from the same content
- Craft strong hooks and compelling narrative flow
- Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails
- Optimize for SEO: titles, tags, retention strategy
- Maintain a cohesive and recognisable brand style
Must-Have Skills- Mastery of editing software (mention your tools)
- Strong sense of pacing, retention, and attention mechanics
- Clear English communication (written + verbal)
- Reliability with timelines and revisions
- Understanding of YouTube analytics, trends, and growth levers
