Role Description The Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for editing raw footage into compelling, polished videos for digital, corporate, and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and refining video sequences, applying color correction and grading, creating and integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with directors and producers to align visuals with the creative brief. The role involves preparing assets, synchronizing audio, managing project files, and ensuring deliverables meet brand and technical standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with the production team and occasional support during shoots or post-production reviews.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including understanding of shot composition, storytelling, and basic camera workflows.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading, with proficiency in leading editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Candidates should possess solid Motion Graphics and Graphics skills, including experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, visual design sense, and the ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Relevant qualification in Film, Media, Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is beneficial.
- Experience in agency or production-house environments, familiarity with international clients, and a strong portfolio showcasing video and motion work are highly desirable.
