Role Overview As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will own our visual identity and video content end-to-end — from social media creatives and product packaging to Instagram Reels and performance ads. You'll work with both traditional tools and cutting-edge AI platforms to produce faster, smarter, and more impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Create Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Meesho A+ content & banners
- Design product packaging & labels across a 30+ SKU portfolio
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube & Meta/Google ads
- Create product demos, brand films, testimonials & UGC edits
- Add effects, transitions, motion graphics & sound design aligned with brand tone
- Support Meta & Google performance ad and graphic creatives
- Repurpose long-form content across multiple short-form formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video touchpoints
- Stay updated with latest design, video & AI trends
🤖 AI Skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, or similar
- Ability to use AI for concept generation, faster editing, voiceovers & content automation
- Understanding of AI-driven design and video trends for wellness & D2C brands
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing (1–3 years)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci Resolve
- Strong aesthetics with understanding of Ayurvedic/natural brand language
- Experience designing and editing for e-commerce & D2C brands preferred
- Knowledge of platform specs — Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Meta Ads & marketplace formats
- Portfolio + showreel — mandatory
