About Formial
Formial is a dermatologist-led personalised skincare brand helping people understand and treat their skin with a personalised approach.
As a growing brand, we’re building a strong performance creative team and are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring both design skills and fresh creative thinking to our ads and other media elements.
What you’ll do
Create static, carousel and video creatives for performance marketing
Edit UGC, founder-led, doctor-led and educational ad content
Turn complex skincare/dermatology topics into simple, engaging and visually interesting content
Develop new creative concepts, hooks and visual ideas
Experiment with different editing and design styles
Work closely with the team to develop, test and iterate creatives
What we’re looking for
Good understanding of graphic design and video editing
Ability to use AI tools and automations in their workflow
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, not just executing briefs
Comfortable experimenting and trying new approaches
Takes ownership and is genuinely interested in improving their craft
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome
What you’ll get
