Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Role Overview
Art Therapy is on a fast scale-up, and we are hiring a full-time Video Editor & Graphic Designer to power the in-house creative engine. This role sits at the centre of everything we ship
into the world — scroll-stopping ads, calming sensory-led organic content, and the visuals that sell our products on Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.
You will work directly with the Founder, the Senior Social Media Manager, and the Performance Marketing Manager. Your edits will go live within days. Your designs will sit in front of
millions of customers. The pace is high, the feedback is real, and the impact is visible.
If you live and breathe editing, love watching your work go live and perform, and want to build a creative system from scratch — this is the role.
Creative strategy and ad direction is led by the Founder and Performance Marketing team; you will execute it with craft, speed, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit performance ad creatives with quick turnaround and frequent iterations, primarily in the 15–20 second short-form range; occasional longer formats as needed
- Edit organic Instagram reels and short-form social content
- Produce calming, ASMR-style edits aligned to the Art Therapy brand tone (paint, brush, sensory visuals)
- Edit short product videos for Amazon listings (typically 15–20 seconds)
- Build a structured asset and project library to enable consistent output
Graphic Design
- Create Amazon listing images (briefed by Marketplace Ops)
- Design creatives for Flipkart, Blinkit, and other marketplace placements
- Develop brand assets: festive campaigns, Instagram statics, packaging tweaks, internal collateral
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
Brand Adherence & Craft Evolution
- Strictly follow Art Therapy's brand guidelines, brand colours, typography, and visual language across every deliverable
- Ensure all output — from ad creatives to marketplace listings to organic posts — looks and feels unmistakably on-brand
- Continuously refine and elevate editing styles and techniques over time, keeping the brand fresh without compromising its core identity
- Stay current with editing trends, new tools, and creative formats — and bring proposals for how to incorporate them within the brand framework
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Execute creative direction from the Founder, Senior Social Media Manager, and Performance Marketing Manager on ad creatives, retention cuts, and brand storytelling
- Work with the freelance content shooter pool to brief and review raw footage
- Receive and edit footage shot in-house by the Social Media team — they are trained on the angles, framing, and shot composition needed for editing
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Social Media team to keep their shoot quality aligned with editing requirements
- Coordinate with the Social Media team on posting schedule and creative requirements
---
Expected Output Volume
- 60–70 video edits per month across performance ads, organic reels, and short-form content
- 40–50 graphic creatives per month across marketplace listings, Instagram statics, and brand assets
- Volume is expected to grow with the brand. Comfort with scaling output is essential.
---

- Freshers with super quick adaptability are equally welcome — if you can learn fast, take feedback well, and ship work that gets better every week, your portfolio matters more than your
years of experience
