Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kursi Road, Lucknow for a Video Editor & AI Video Creator at HAPDCO. The day-to-day responsibilities include creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content tailored to the company’s needs.
Qualifications:
• Edit videos for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Ads
• Create AI-generated videos
• Add transitions, captions, effects, background music, and sound design
• Convert scripts, images, or ideas into engaging video content
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, duration, hooks)
• Stay updated with AI video trends and propose creative ideas
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams
Required Skills:
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or Filmora
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools
• Understanding of social media video formats and trends
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Good to Have:
• Motion graphics or animation basics
• Experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney or DALL·E
• Understanding of storytelling and ad creatives
• Portfolio or sample video work (personal or professional)
