About the RoleWe're growing a YouTube channel dedicated to video poems and kids' content, and we need a skilled Video Editor who can bring scripts to life with engaging visuals, clean cuts, and child-friendly storytelling. You'll work closely with the Content Lead to produce videos that hold young viewers' attention from the first frame to the last second.
Salary: Upto 30k Per Month
Responsibilities- Edit engaging YouTube videos with strong pacing and flow
- Create motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects
- Generate/source visuals, B-roll, and assets using AI tools
- Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts/Reels
- Maintain high viewer retention through dynamic editing
- Collaborate with Content Lead on creative execution
Requirements- Strong video editing and storytelling skills
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Mandatory experience using AI tools for media generation and editing workflows
- Understanding of YouTube pacing, retention, and visual packaging
- Ability to work fast in a high-volume content environment
Preferred ToolsPremiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI tools
