The Role
Mid-senior Graphic Designer + Video Editor. You’ll own both- not one as a side skill- and work closely with clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-performing ad creatives & social content
- Edit Reels, ads, and brand videos with strong storytelling
- Translate rough ideas into polished output
- Collaborate with content & performance teams
- Present concepts with clear rationale
- Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly) to enhance speed & creativity

You’re a Fit If
- 2–5 years agency experience + strong portfolio
- Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects along with AI tools
- Experience with D2C/performance creatives
- Strong design POV + attention to detail
Not a Fit If
- Portfolio = basic offline creatives
- Depend heavily on AI or detailed briefs
- Struggle with deadlines & revisions
Tools
Adobe Suite (must) | Figma, CapCut, DaVinci, Canva, AI tools (good to have)
