About Divyana
Divyana AI is an Atlanta (US)-based wellness technology startup. Our AI wellness companion app is live on the App Store and growing across multiple countries — helping people see their own patterns, quiet mental noise, and live with more clarity and presence. We're founder-led and building our early team across the US and India.
The Role
You're Divyana's full-time edit desk — the production backbone of a high-volume content engine. Our team provides footage, AI-generated video, images, and creative assets; you edit them into Reels and Shorts for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Daily volume, daily sync with the team, full ownership of post-production.
What You'll Do
- Turn raw footage, AI-generated video, and provided assets into high-retention Reels/Shorts daily — hooks that stop the scroll, pacing that holds, captions and sound that convert US audiences
- Own post-production end-to-end: color, audio cleanup, motion text, subtitles, platform-specific exports (IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
- Live inside trends: know what's working on US social this week — sounds, cuts, formats, memes — and bring it before we ask
- Run a modern AI-assisted editing pipeline — and keep it sharp as tools evolve
- Build the templates, content library, and export pipeline that let the whole engine scale
- Sync with the founder and US team daily; own your queue like it's your company
Who You Are
- You live and breathe vertical video — you can articulate why a hook works, not just cut one
- A portfolio of Reels/Shorts that proves it (US/international brand or creator work is a strong plus — you get why US content trends the way it does)
- Expert in Premiere Pro and CapCut; After Effects and AI video tools a strong plus
- High energy, deadline-obsessed, self-managed — you thrive on volume and speed without dropping craft
- Excellent written English; async-native with daily-sync availability (partial US-hours overlap)
