We're building a high-performance creative team producing world-class video content using the latest AI tools. We need someone obsessed with craft, who thrives under deadline pressure, and who learns new tools in hours — not weeks.
What You'll Do
Edit premium short-form and long-form video content for social, ads, and campaigns.
Create animated/motion graphic videos from scratch.
Produce cinematic AI-generated video using cutting-edge Gen AI tools.
Build faster creative workflows using AI.
Manage multiple client projects while consistently hitting deadlines — no exceptions.
Required Skills
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Animation/Motion Graphics: After Effects (or equivalent)
AI Video & Image Generation: experience with tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Luma AI, or HeyGen. Equivalent tools also welcome — we care about output, not brand loyalty.

This is not a low-pressure role. If tight deadlines stress you out or you've bounced between freelance gigs because of commitment issues, this isn't the right fit.
