Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor & 3D Artist with strong expertise in ad creatives, UGC-style content, long-format videos, and 3D product visualization.
This role is primarily video-editing focused (short-form + long-form), with additional responsibility for creating 3D product images and showcase videos.
The ideal candidate understands both storytelling and performance marketing, and can create content that drives engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Short-Form & Ad Video Editing (Core Focus):
- Edit UGC-style and ad creatives for:
- Instagram Reels
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- YouTube Shorts
- Create high-retention, scroll-stopping videos with strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Add engaging elements:
- Captions & subtitles
- Emojis, overlays, screen recordings
- Sound effects & background music
- Optimize for different formats:
- 9:16, 1:1, 4:5
- Deliver multiple creatives daily in a fast-paced environment
Long-Format Video Editing:
- Edit YouTube videos (educational, promotional, storytelling, etc.)
- Edit podcast videos (multi-camera setup, audio cleanup, transitions)
- Handle:
- Audio mixing & noise reduction
- Color correction & grading
- Smooth transitions & pacing
- Add basic motion graphics, lower thirds, intro/outro sequences
- Ensure high viewer retention through pacing and structure
3D Product Visualisation:
- Create high-quality 3D product images and renders
- Develop 3D product showcase videos
- Handle:
- 3D modeling
- Texturing
- Lighting
- Rendering
- Produce commercial-grade visuals for ads, landing pages, and social media
Additional Responsibilities:
- Create basic graphic design assets:
- Thumbnails
- Ad creatives
- Social media visuals
- Follow brand guidelines and ad briefs
- Implement feedback quickly from performance marketing and client teams
- Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with UGC trends, YouTube trends, and 3D visualization techniques
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong experience in short-form and long-form video editing
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Blender (3D modeling & rendering)
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
- CapCut & AI-based editing tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Performance marketing
- Ad creatives
- UGC formats
- Ability to create clean, conversion-focused videos
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a digital marketing or performance advertising environment
- Prior experience editing Insta Reels, 3D, product teasers, YouTube channels and podcast content
